This fabulous new home is only 500 feet from the beach via the neighborhood’s private boardwalk. Boolay Bungalow has three bedrooms, two baths upstairs plus one bedroom, one bath downstairs, and can accommodate up to 14 guests at $620/night, 10 guests at $425/night or 4 guests at $195/night during peak season. Dogs up to 40lbs are also welcome year round for $20/night each.

From the Ferry Landing: Turn right at the first traffic light on Cut-Off Rd.

At the next traffic light, turn left on Alister (Hwy 361). Go two blocks

And then turn right on Ave E. The office is two blocks on the left at

Sea and Sands Cottages, 221 E. Ave E.

OR

From Park Rd 22 in Corpus Christi: Take Hwy 361 approximately 17.5 miles

to the first traffic light at Ave G in Port Aransas. Continue forward two blocks

and then turn right on Ave E. The office is two blocks on the left at

Sea and Sands Cottages, 221 E. Ave E.
